Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Due to high demand, please allow 2-7 days to process your order. We are experiencing a delay compared to normal shipping times. Estimated delivery time remains 6-12 business days. For any questions, please reach out us at hello@chronumwallets.com.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 

Our shipping is free worldwide so no extra shipping rates are applied.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

If placing an order outside of the United States, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. CHRONUM is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

ORDER TRACKING:

After any order is placed, tracking information is automatically sent through E-mail once the order arrives at our carrier's sorting facility.

Please not that tracking info is usually generated in advance, which means you may receive a notification that an order has been shipped even though it has not yet left our warehouse.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@chronumwallets.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
